your production
LMA manufactures mechanical components for the aerospace sector, working on complex metal parts used in aeronautical and space applications.
The company operates within a highly critical supply chain, where precision, reliability, and production quality are essential requirements. Every component must meet strict technical standards and contribute to the performance of the systems it becomes part of.
Production was
moving forward.
Process visibility was not.

How we turned tracking into control.
Quindi integrated both new machines and legacy equipment, collecting data directly from the shop floor: machine states, errors, productivity, and available parameters for each asset.

Production orders are imported from the ERP and turned into work orders: traceable operational phases. This makes it possible to associate every production activity with a specific order, asset, and moment in the process.

Using RFID tags applied to paper orders and operator badges, Quindi automatically detects the start and end of phases at work centers. Operators do not need to manually enter every step: the system captures data while the work happens.

By combining machine data, ERP, and RFID, Quindi reconstructs lead time, working time, estimated setup, stops, idle time, errors, and causes of downtime. Production becomes readable phase by phase.

From scattered signals
to readable production.
Less manual data entry and more reliable collection of production data.
Machine states monitored across working, setup, idle, error, and micro-stop conditions.
A common data foundation for production, quality, and operations.
The ability to read waste, non-productive time, setup, anomalies, and bottlenecks.
A clearer view of execution by work order, phase, and work center.
